Shipping
Free shipping
Every SqueezySanta pack ships free to Lithuania, all other EU countries and the United Kingdom.
Processing and delivery times
Your Santa is prepared especially for your order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and the total estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days from the day you order. During the Christmas peak, carriers can occasionally need a few extra days, so we recommend ordering early for holiday gifts.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our Track your order page.
Shipping Protection
At checkout you can add optional Shipping Protection. If a protected parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we send a replacement free of charge. Just contact us with your order number.
Customs
Orders within the EU are not subject to customs duties. For UK orders, any import taxes or duties charged by UK customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
